Coverage

All products sold by Atoms are quality-checked before shipping. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period specified on each product page (typically 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise stated).

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects present at time of delivery
• Components that fail under normal, correct use within their rated specifications

What's Not Covered

• Damage from incorrect voltage, polarity, or wiring
• Damage from soldering, physical modification, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse outside the product's specified electrical or environmental ratings

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Support with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible. We'll assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
