7-Day Return Window

You may return most products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

Eligible for Return

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item was shipped
• Product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been soldered, modified, or physically altered
• Components damaged due to incorrect wiring, over-voltage, or misuse (see our Product Usage & Safety page)
• Custom or made-to-order items

How to Request a Return

Contact us via Support or Telegram with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
